ORDERS

Can I change or cancel my order?

All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order. 

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy, of promotional codes.

What if I received my order and is faulty or incorrect?

We are sincerely apologetic that there is a concern with your order. Please contact our friendly Customer Care for personalized support. (Please quote your order number with your inquiry)

Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges, so if you would like another size/style you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund as per Returns Policy above.

SHIPPING

Do you send orders express worldwide?

Yes! Domestic orders are all sent with E-Parcel express service as a reputable shipping agency. For international orders, we offer delivery with DHL express courier service as a reputable shipping agency.

How much will shipping cost?

We take satisfaction in providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping and thus offer express as our standard preferred method with our reputable delivery services.

- Australia:  Australia Post Express is a flat rate of $10 AUD Australia wide.

- Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD.(Australia Only)

- USA/ Canada/ Mexico:  DHL express is $20 AUD.

- International: DHL express is $20 -$30 AUD worldwide depending on receiving country selected at checkout.

What are your processing and delivery times?

Your order will be shipped the same, or next, business day. During sale events and a new collection launch, there may be a slightly longer duration.

All Auguste orders are hand picked and packed with love . As our location is classified as regional, we cannot offer overnight delivery, however, do pride ourselves on offering express service on all online orders. 

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been despatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.

Within Australia: Delivery is between 1-3 business days within metropolitan NSW, or 2-5 business days elsewhere within Australia and is fully traceable once shipped.  

Outside Australia: Delivery is between 3-7 business days and is fully traceable once shipped.
